Trip Overview

Kailash Trek Tour via Limi Valley Trek is adventurous trekking in the Humla district in the northwestern part of Nepal. The valley has a small population and is inhabited by the various ethnic groups of Nepal. The unique landscapes, open vast lands, rivers, and Trans Himalayas are the best part of the trek. With the slow development of infrastructure like roads, transportation, health, and education, the village is untouched by any signs of modernization. Therefore, culture, tradition, and the way of life are as mesmerizing and intact as it used to be. Limi Valley is a classic trail to beautiful Tibet, therefore, the valley is well known among trekkers who have done trekking in Tibet.

The journey to Mt. Kailash via Limi Valley begins with a sightseeing tour of cultural heritage sites in Kathmandu Valley. The journey to Limi Valley is long, but you will get a chance to encounter the local herds. Besides that, you will have a caravan as a silent but noisy companion. The journey is long but includes several interesting things to see. Taking a dip in the hot spring at Kermi is a must when you are making your journey to Mt. Kailash. One of the chakras of the world is known as the crown chakra. Just like our crown connects our will to our divine will, this high consciousness Himalaya to the Tibetan plateau is a connection to the planet and her spiritual destiny. Walking through the rough and steep paths, observing the local pilgrims, and the beautiful decoration of prayer flags on the way, is a totally different feeling. Similarly, crossing Nyalung Pass, Dolma La Pass, and Talung Pass and seeing the cluster of prayer flags tied to the paths is a sight to behold. Besides that, the view of the sunrise and sunset is a vista not to miss.
